Mango
The ear came first. Everything else followed.
Mango is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi with one permanently floppy ear. That ear became the name, then the logo, and eventually the excuse to put all of these notes and projects in one place.
He was here before the GT86, the blog and the idea that Flappedear might become anything more than a private nickname. That is why he is not a decorative mascot added afterwards. He is the reason the whole thing exists.
Why he matters here
Flappedear should keep some of his energy.
Curiosity, immediate enthusiasm and absolutely no respect for reasonable project limits. The site does not need dog jokes on every page, but it should feel like it belongs to a real person and the dog who is usually somewhere nearby.
